We rely on operator-stated terms for the bonus figures on this site, and those terms change. If something you see here does not match what an operator currently offers, we want to know.

How to report an error

Email us at corrections@y20australia.com with the page or operator name, the figure you believe is wrong, and, where possible, a link or screenshot of the current terms on the operator's own site. See our Contact Us page for other ways to reach us.

What we do with a report

We check the reported figure against the operator's current promotions page. If it has changed, we update the listing, the comparison table, and the matching full review together, since all three are built from the same shared record for that operator. If the correction affects a factual claim elsewhere on the site, such as the guide content, we update that too.

What we do not do

We do not quietly edit a figure without checking it against a current source first, and we do not remove an accurate but unflattering detail, such as a high wagering requirement, just because it was reported as unwelcome. A correction has to be accurate, not simply favourable.

Removed or changed operators

If an operator is removed from the list or its position changes, we aim to note the change and the reason briefly on this page going forward.
