This policy covers y20australia.com, a static informational website. We do not run a login system, a database, or server-side analytics on this site.

What this site does not do

We do not operate accounts, logins or a back-end server for this site.
We do not run our own analytics or tracking script on this site.
We do not sell personal data.

The one exception to "no tracking" is affiliate links, covered fully below, because that tracking is not run by us but is unavoidable once you click an offer link.

Affiliate tracking, explained fully

Nothing is tracked while you simply read this site. Tracking only starts the moment you click a "View Offer" link to an operator.

Our offer links carry tracking parameters such as subid, clickid, campaign_id or afp. These identify the page and campaign the click came from, not you personally, at the point the link is generated.

Once you click through, the affiliate network or operator sets its own cookie on its own domain and may log your IP address, click time, referring page and browser details. Some networks use device fingerprinting to match a signup where cookies are blocked. We, the publisher, receive campaign-level counts back from the network, not named individual records. Those records belong to the network and the operator involved, and are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

To avoid this tracking, do not click our offer links, or use a browser setting that blocks third-party cookies.

The cookie notice on this site

Every page on this site shows a short, dismissible notice about affiliate tracking links. It is informational, not a consent request, and because this site has no JavaScript, it cannot remember that you dismissed it. It will reappear on your next page load or visit. This is a known limitation of a script-free static site, not a bug.

Contact form and email

If you email us or use our contact page, we use the information you send only to respond to your message. We do not add you to a mailing list from a one-off enquiry.

Third-party links

Links to Gambling Help Online, BetStop and Lifeline go to independent Australian services with their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, a mailing list, or any other data processor to this site, we will update this policy to describe it before or at the same time as we add it.
